Body Conditioning

What is this class all about?

Body Conditioning promise an all-round workout for all parts of your body.  The session starts with an aerobics warm up followed by different toning exercises all one class - perfect!  Some weeks will focus more on arms, legs or abs so the class isn't exactly the same each week and will challenge you in different ways each week.  As your strength and flexibility increases you will be able to increase the intensity of your workout by working in harder options for the exercises!  Find out when this class is on here!
