What is this class all about?

Improves suppleness, strength, posture and well-being!  Fitness Yoga is an effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workout. It will make you sweat and work hard whilst connecting and focussing your breathing with the yoga movements.  It works all parts of your body but is definately a challenging and rewarding workout.  Give it a go!
