What is this class all about?

A great class for anyone, no matter your level of fitness.  Pilates will strengthen, tone and stretch the body from the inside out!  Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the whole body by blending strength and flexibility training to improve posture, reduces stress and strengthen muscles. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked so your whole body will feel the benefits!  Come and try it!
