The Gist: Seminar on UK Energy

The Glasgow Insight into Science and Technology (the GIST) are hosting a FREE Seminar discussion about meeting the UK’s energy requirements for 2050.

Expert Speakers include:
Ian Arbon – COO of Gaia Wind Turbines
Richard Bellingham – Head of Sustainable Glasgow
Ramon Fernandez – Finance Director of Scottish Power
Patrick Harvie – Green MSP for Glasgow

Strathclyde University Chorus End-of-Term Cheese and Wine/Concert

A chance to relax at the end of a long week of exams or work with the University Chorus's final performance this semester. A free, informal concert in the Chaplaincy Centre, with cheese and wine and an opportunity to donate to the University's Malawi Appeal.

To participate in activities related to Naval Architecture and to discover more about the subject!

We'll meet weekly so that we can all get to know each other better, and also to give us as much opportunity as possible to learn about Naval Architecture and to make contacts within the industry.
