Community Volunteering Opportunities

Would you like to meet new people and take on new challenges while contributing to fantastic local causes?

Strathclyde Students are encouraged to contribute and bring value to communities which will increase their personal experiences, develop skills and encourage a sense of civic responsibility and inclusion. The opportunities on offer are diverse, wide ranging and constantly increasing.

Student Ambassador

Student Ambassadors required to represent and raise the profile of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity across the university campus.

Volunteer Tutors required to support people with learning disabilities to get involved in activities in their local in their local community.

Volunteers required one weekend afternoon per month, 1 - 4pm to support RSPB events.

ESOL tutors required to provide support to young people aged 16-25 from Black and Minority Ethnic communities.
