Community Volunteering Opportunities

Would you like to meet new people and take on new challenges while contributing to fantastic local causes?

Strathclyde Students are encouraged to contribute and bring value to communities which will increase their personal experiences, develop skills and encourage a sense of civic responsibility and inclusion. The opportunities on offer are diverse, wide ranging and constantly increasing.

Mentor

Become a Mentor with YCSA and help young people improve their chances in work, education and social contexts.

Mental Health Peer Mentor

Provide 1-1 mentoring to someone who is currently providing care or support to somebody with a mental health problem. Only for people who have had experience of providing this type of care to a family member or friend.
