Founded in 1981 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, The Art of Living Foundation is a not-for-profit, educational and humanitarian NGO (Non-Governmental Organisation) engaged in stress-management and service initiatives. The organisation operates globally in 155 countries.
Being Inspired so much by taking a Youth Empowerment Seminar designed by The Art of Living in Germany the European Centre, this society was created.

Much of the youth today have something restricting them to fulfil their highest potential. Whatever this maybe from, background to simple stress and nowhere have youth been tough how to handle such conditions which they face on a daily basis.
It is here where thousands of kids worldwide have begun to shine with flying colours after taking part in the YES!+ course. Presented by The Art of Living foundation worldwide (a non profit, educational and humanitarian NGO engaged in stress-management and service initiatives) the Youth Empowerment Seminar designed for ages 18-30 is an innovative and dynamic life skills program for young adults that offer a way to be both successful and stress-free.
YES!+ empowers participants with tools to eliminate stress, handle negative emotions, develop strong social and leadership skills, heighten awareness and increase mental focus. YES!+ brings university students and young professionals together, broadening their vision of the world and providing them with the practical knowledge and skills they need to realize their highest potential.
Inspiring thousands of youth around the world, many universities such as Stanford, Columbia and Oxford have taken this dynamic course onboard, seeing massive benefits including; Reduced stress, Increased focus and productivity, Improved time-management, study skills and leadership development to name a few. Many employers have also started to recognise the value of this course was productivity and innovation have been concerned.
The program includes processes that address physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. It also includes practical sessions to develop entrepreneurial skills and maximize individual potential. Some components include powerful breathing techniques, yoga and dynamic physical exercises, teamwork and leaderships skills that challenges ones confidence and inner strength. With the collaboration of the Art of Living Societies in Strathclyde and Glasgow Universities, this course is now been brought to Glasgow for the first time.

With a reduction cost of £75, after a £15 deposit, can be paid in 2 instalments over two months to help students with monthly out goings.
