This Fund is provided by the University of Strathclyde to assist students financially disadvantaged to meet the costs of graduation. It was created primarily for students from widening access backgrounds, mature, disabled, carers and care leavers to remove financial barriers and ensure they are able to graduate when their studies are completed. Basic essential costs for graduation can be applied for including the hire of gowns, costs for the graduation ceremony and other expenses including fees and travel costs which may prohibit students from applying for or attending their graduation ceremony.
