The Aims, Objectives, Purpose & Values of the Postgraduate Research Society are as follows:
The Society aims to:
a) Promote and advance links across the Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty for knowledge exchange and research collaboration;
b) Provide a friendly social forum for postgraduate students;
c) Produce a high quality, peer-reviewed journal which encourages debate across disciplinary boundaries
In fulfilling its objects and purposes the Society aims to provide opportunities for postgraduates to:
a) Present and discuss their research;
b) Collaborate across disciplinary boundaries;
c) Gain experience in the running of a journal.
d) Meet and build networks with students who share common interests.
