Everything you want to know about how The Advice Hub works!
The aim of The Advice Hub is to help you with whatever problem you are experiencing whilst at Strathclyde. We will do this by helping you explore all the options available to you and give you advice and support to empower you to make the best and most informed decision for you. Our service is confidential but we do record the enquires and cases we deal with so that we can support you throughout them and so that we can monitor ithe topics students come to us with so that we can see if there are any trends within the issues Strathclyde students are facing. Essentially we will do as much as we can to help you while encouraging and supporting you to tackle the parts of the problem you can so that if something similar happens again you’ll know what to do.
We believe that all students should have equal access to the service and if a student is not able to come in to the office there are a number of different ways for you to get in touch.
