What’s not to like?...
Once you have logged in, you can then go to “My account” then “Edit” and change your username to whatever you like (within reason). This name will be the one used when posting comments to the forums etc. You don’t need to remember what name you thought was funny that week; you still use your university username to log in. Brilliant.
If you have already created an account using details other than your Strathclyde University log on details don’t worry you just need to re-register with this info for future access to restricted areas such as polls, forums and of course election voting.
