AMSU Conference 2008
Redefining the Student Experience
University of Strathclyde Students' Association
Glasgow, 6 – 9 July 2008
WELCOME
On behalf of the Executive Committee we would like to welcome you to Glasgow for the AMSU Conference 2008. We are delighted and honoured to host the Conference and believe the developments which have taken place at Strathclyde have set us at the cutting edge of service provision run by students for students.
The theme of the Conference is Redefining the Student Experience and the planning committee endeavour to make the sessions as thought-provoking and challenging as possible so as to facilitate discussion and learning. The Conference will consist of plenary and workshop sessions, day trips, entertainments, social events and the legendary AMSU Annual Dinner at the Glasgow Science Centre.
Strathclyde Students' Association staff have gained a great deal of inspiration and value from attending previous AMSU Conferences and are looking forward to exceeding the high standards that have been set in the past.
We look forward to seeing you all in Glasgow in July.
