The USSA Constitution
The Constitution is the legal document that sets out the activities and procedures of the Students' Association (Union). As an organisation, the Students' Association has to have a Constitution before it can be recognised by other bodies. The Constitution is approved by the University and all members of the Association must abide by it.
Changes to the Constitution must be approved by two successive meetings of the Student Representative Council (SRC), and by the University Court. If you wish to propose any changes, contact the Union Chair, Katy McCloskey at unionchair@theunion.strath.ac.uk for details of how to do so, or consult the current Constitution
