Life Membership - Replace Lost Card
You can purchase a replacement card for existing Life Memberships if your card is lost or stolen.
This must be paid for by the person who owns the Life Membership. If this is not the case, please contact the Union in person to arrange coming in person to pay.
This will be checked against the records of Life Members before being issued.
Please allow two weeks for delivery. If you have not received your card after this time, please contact the Finance Office at Level 9 of the Union or firstname.lastname@example.org
